In order to activate the service, all you need to do is make a call or send a text. The call or text message can be to anyone, but must be performed before the account is officially activated. Some services will not work til the activation is complete. Once the account is active, you will be able to enjoy your Unlimited Talk, Text and Data with your new Naked Mobile service.

There are several ways to  renew your Naked Mobile Plan:

You can submit a formal request by mailing a request to 1500 S. White Mountain Rd Show Low, AZ 85901 Attn: Records Department. Once the request is received then they will send a letter to the customer with the  cost etc.

Naked Mobile fully complies with the voluntary industry principals regarding locking/unlocking phones. The phones [and tablets or other devices] we provide to our customers are not locked. If you sign up with another service provider, you can use the phone you purchased from us so long as that service provider’s network is compatible. To confirm whether another network is compatible with your phone, contact the relevant service provider.
